We turn your 2D floor plan drawings into engaging photo-realistic 3D Video Walk-through. The videos can be custom branded and embedded in your marketing presentations.

The Process

Order

To order any of our 3D Architectural Rendering Services, you will need to send us the floor plan drawings, elevation drawings and materials reference. Where you need a plan for an existing space and you do not have the drawings, we will send our team to take measurement of the space and redraw it in preparation for 3D rendering. This typically incurs an extra cost.

Payment

A 60% deposit is required before commencement of work and the balance upon completion. Payments can be made via Paypal, mobile wallets or bank transfers.

Work

Work will begin upon receiving the deposit and a clear brief. We will send you the progress within a week.

Feedback

Upon sharing the first drafts of the renders, we will need your comments and input. We will revise the renders until you are satisfied. We give a maximum of 5 free revisions. Revisions outside the original scope of work will incur an extra costs.

Delivery

Once the 3D renders are done to your satisfaction, we will request the 40% balance. All watermarks on the renders will be removed and the final high resolution files sent to your email.
